Apartment issues

Some of the things in apartment do not work as expected. Some of them we found on the next day after we've got the keys, some of them: only on the first day when we actually moved in: 1) Broken door lock/handle in the kitchen. Because of that the door does not close: 2) Drain does not work in bathrooms and in kitchen. The water goes away but veeeery slowly. Probably, nobody cleaned the drain in years: Kitchen drain: Bathroom drain:

At the first attempt of cleaning by the cleaning lady only some of the things were addressed. She spent 3-4 hours for cleaning. She was very surprised by how dirty apartment is and said that much time is needed. Clearly, apartment is not 'perfectly' cleaned how it is stated in the contract. Here are the dirty things, some of which we had to clean ourselves as we've moved in on June 5 in the evening. Lot's of mud on the tiles in bedroom cabinets: Years-old dirt on the window in the kitchen: Sticky glue on the tiles in the kitchen: Much mud on all shelves in the kitchen: Dirty radiators in all rooms that were not cleaned for very long time.
