Broken things in the apartment as found on the first day of living

Some of the things in apartment do not work as expected. Some of them we found on the next day after we've got the keys, some of them: only on the first day when we actually moved in:

1) Broken door lock/handle in the kitchen. Because of that the door does not close:

2) Drain does not work in bathrooms and in kitchen. The water goes away but veeeery slowly. Probably, nobody cleaned the drain in years:

Dirty apartment: still many things left uncleaned after first attempt by the cleaning lady

At the first attempt of cleaning by the cleaning lady only some of the things were addressed. She spent 3-4 hours for cleaning. She was very surprised by how dirty apartment is and said that much time is needed. Clearly, apartment is not 'perfectly' cleaned how it is stated in the contract. Here are the dirty things, some of which we had to clean ourselves as we've moved in on June 5 in the evening. Dirty apartment: issues spotted on the first day of entrance

We were told that the apartment would be perfectly cleaned on the day of entrance. Unfortunately, it is far away from being "perfect". Below are only some issues that we've spotted: Dirty window blinds in the bedrooms: Balcony was only slightly cleaned: Mud on all (!) doors: Very very dirty handles on the doors: Mud on all kitchen shelves that was not cleaned after installing them: All kitchen sockets are extremely dirty: Lamps in one bathroom nobody touched. By the way, initially agency told that owner was about to change them completely: All the ventilation nets are not cleaned at all in the bathrooms: Kitchen wall is not cleaned - something sticky and yellow on the walls: Intercom is not touched at all for cleaning:  Much dirt near all door in the part where they close: Dirt behind the toilets: Something in the bathroom.
